No-Contact Tracker
Count every day you chose yourself. Log the urge to text instead of sending it. Mark selected checkpoints with a card for reflection.
Start your no-contact streak — free
Track each day you maintain your chosen boundary, pause an urge to text with a guided SOS flow, and unlock tarot reflections at selected checkpoints. Your streak is stored in your account; recent logged activity is sent to our AI provider only if you request a weekly reflection.

How the tracker works
Your streak, day by day
Set the date you stopped reaching out — today or backdated — and the counter runs on its own. One glance tells you how far you've come.
The SOS flow
When you want to text them, hit the button instead: 30 seconds of guided breathing, name the trigger, then read back the reasons you wrote on day one — in your own words. 90 seconds between the urge and the keyboard.
Your five-week map
Daily mood and urge check-ins build a record you can compare over time: for example, “2 urges logged this week vs 5 last week.” That describes your entries; it does not diagnose a pattern or prove a particular stage of recovery.
Tarot milestones & a daily pull
One card drawn for you every day, and milestone cards at days 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, 30, 60 and 90 — optional checkpoints rather than recovery deadlines. Premium adds an AI-generated weekly reflection based on the activity you chose to log.

The free tracker is genuinely complete for counting days and riding out urges. Premium adds continuity: the full milestone journey, your longer history, and a weekly written reflection based on what you chose to log.
Why counting the days helps
No contact can be simple to describe and difficult to maintain. A tracker may make a chosen boundary more concrete: you get a day count, optional checkpoints, and a record of the urges and moods you logged. Use that record as a reflection aid, not as a score or a promise that recovery follows a fixed schedule.
If you're in the thick of it, pair the tracker with the breakup journal — everything you're not sending them needs somewhere to go — and if you keep circling the question of whether they'll return, the will my ex come back quiz offers prompts for reflection, but neither a quiz nor social-media activity can predict another person's future choices.
No-contact tracker FAQ
Is the no-contact tracker free?
Yes. The day counter, guided SOS flow, daily mood check-in, daily card pull, and five-week activity map are free with an account. Premium adds a tarot card at every milestone, access to up to 200 check-ins from the twelve-month retention window, and an AI-generated weekly reflection based on your recent check-ins, urges, and journal entries.
Is this a no contact app?
It works like one, without a download. The tracker runs in your browser on any phone or computer, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like a native app. Your streak, check-ins, and journal stay in your account, so switching devices doesn't lose your record.
What if I already started no contact?
Backdate it. When you start the tracker you choose the date you last reached out, and your streak picks up from there — you don't lose the days you've already done.
What happens if I break no contact?
You can restart the counter without losing your earlier record. A restart is logged as information, not a verdict on your progress. People use no contact in different ways, so choose the reset that honestly reflects the boundary you set for yourself.
How long should no contact last?
There is no universal 30-, 60-, or 90-day timeline. The right boundary depends on your circumstances, goals, and safety. This tracker uses familiar day counts as planning checkpoints, not as clinical recovery stages or a promise that a particular change will happen by then.
Does the no contact rule actually work?
Some people find that distance reduces immediate triggers and gives them room to think; others need different boundaries or additional support. A tracker can record your choices and check-ins, but it is not treatment, cannot guarantee recovery, and cannot make or predict whether someone returns.
Is my no-contact data private?
Your tracker and check-ins are stored in your account and are not public. Healing entries are retained for up to twelve months. If you request the Premium weekly reflection, recent check-ins, urge logs, and selected journal excerpts are processed by our AI provider to generate it, so omit names or identifying details from journal entries.
