Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have Premium access until the end of your billing period.
Does my report credit roll over if I don't use it?
Yes. Every credit you're granted stays in your balance and accumulates — nothing resets at the end of the month.
What happens to my unused credits if I cancel?
Credits already granted stay in your account after you cancel, and you can still redeem them for reports. Premium features remain available until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes — we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your Premium subscription, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Terms of Service for details.
