How the tracker works
Your streak, day by day
Set the date you stopped reaching out — today or backdated — and the counter runs on its own. One glance tells you how far you've come.
The SOS flow
When you want to text them, hit the button instead: 30 seconds of guided breathing, name the trigger, then read back the reasons you wrote on day one — in your own words. 90 seconds between the urge and the keyboard.
Your five-week map
A daily mood check-in builds a calendar of your healing — and the tracker spots the pattern for you: “urges are easing: 2 this week vs 5 last week.” Evidence it's working, on the days it doesn't feel like it.
Tarot milestones & a daily pull
One card drawn for you every day, and milestone cards at days 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, 30, 60 and 90 — markers of where you are in the arc. Premium adds a weekly reflection letter written from your actual week.
Why counting the days helps
No contact is simple and brutally hard: the rule takes one sentence, the practice takes everything you have at 11pm on a Friday. A tracker changes the shape of the fight. Instead of one endless test of willpower, you get a number that only ever grows, milestones close enough to reach for, and a record of every urge you survived. You stop measuring the silence by how much it hurts and start measuring it by what it's building.
If you're in the thick of it, pair the tracker with the breakup journal — everything you're not sending them needs somewhere to go — and if you keep circling the question of whether they'll return, the will my ex come back quiz will give you a more honest read than their Instagram stories will.
No-contact tracker FAQ
Is the no-contact tracker free?
Yes. The day counter, guided SOS flow, daily mood check-in, daily card pull, and five-week activity map are free with an account. Premium adds a tarot card at every milestone, your full history, and a weekly reflection letter written from your actual check-ins, urges, and journal entries.
What if I already started no contact?
Backdate it. When you start the tracker you choose the date you last reached out, and your streak picks up from there — you don't lose the days you've already done.
What happens if I break no contact?
You restart the counter — that's all. Your longest run stays on record, and a restart is logged as data, not failure. Most people restart at least once; the streak that finally holds is built on the ones that didn't.
How long should no contact last?
Thirty days is the most common commitment, sixty to ninety if the relationship was long or the breakup was messy. But the honest answer is: until contact would come from choice rather than compulsion. The tracker's milestones at 7, 21, 30, 60, and 90 days mark the stretches where that shift tends to happen.
Does the no contact rule actually work?
It works for healing — that part is well established: distance lets the attachment system settle, and the urge-to-check loop weakens with every day you don't feed it. Whether it brings someone back is a different question, and an honest tracker won't promise you that. What it will do is make sure that if they do reach out, they find you further along than they left you.
