Taro's Tarot provides online tarot card readings for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. Our Service includes:

• Digital tarot card readings with various spreads
• Personalized interpretations generated through AI technology
• Reading history tracking for registered users
• Educational content about tarot

To access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Scrape or copy content without permission

Free tier users receive 1 reading per day. Premium subscriptions offer:

• Generous daily reading allowances
• Advanced spread options
• Priority support
• Ad-free experience

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, refunds may be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund, please email us at contact@tarostarot.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We typically respond within 48 hours.

8. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure a quality experience for all users, the following daily usage limits apply:

Premium Users

• Up to 30 tarot readings per day
• Up to 50 tool uses per day (oracle, spirit animal, numerology, etc.)
• Up to 30 AI quick readings per day

Free Users

• Up to 3 tarot readings per day
• Up to 5 tool uses per day
• Up to 10 AI quick readings per day

All daily limits reset at midnight. Automated, scripted, or abusive usage patterns may result in temporary or permanent account suspension. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time to maintain service quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TARO'S TAROT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taro's Tarot from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
