1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Taro's Tarot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Taro's Tarot provides online tarot card readings for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. Our Service includes:

• Digital tarot card readings with various spreads
• Personalized interpretations generated through AI technology
• Reading history tracking for registered users
• Educational content about tarot

To access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Transmit any malicious code or viruses
• Scrape or copy content without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Taro's Tarot, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Taro's Tarot or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Traditional tarot card imagery is used under fair use for educational and entertainment purposes.

7. Purchases, Refunds, and Credit Expiry

Free tier users receive 3 readings per day. We offer two paid product types:

Premium Subscriptions

Recurring monthly or annual billing. Premium subscribers receive:

• Generous daily reading allowances
• Advanced spread options
• Priority support
• Ad-free experience
• Monthly report credits as part of an active subscription

Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)

Credit packs are one-time purchases sold in sizes of 1, 3, 5, or 10 credits. Each credit unlocks one personalised report from our catalogue (Deep Love, Birth Chart, Soulmate Compatibility, Career Path, and others). Credit packs do not auto-renew and require no cancellation. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not happy with a personalised report, with redeemed credits, or with your premium subscription, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund, please email us at contact@tarostarot.com with your account email and a brief note. We typically respond within 48 hours.

Credit Expiry

Credit pack credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. We will email you a reminder approximately 30 days before any credit is due to expire. Expired credits are not refundable; please contact us before the expiry date if you have unredeemed credits and would like a refund.

Cancellations

Premium subscribers may cancel at any time from their account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Credit pack purchases do not auto-renew and therefore require no cancellation.

Apple App Store Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription through our iOS app, the following terms apply in addition to (and override where inconsistent with) the cancellation and refund terms above:

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trial: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Cancellation:You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to premium features until then.
• Refunds:Refunds for App Store subscriptions are processed by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. We are unable to issue refunds for App Store purchases directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
• Price changes: We will notify you of any subscription price changes before they take effect. Continued use of the subscription after a price change indicates your acceptance of the new price.

8. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure a quality experience for all users, the following daily usage limits apply:

Premium Users

• Up to 30 tarot readings per day
• Up to 50 tool uses per day (oracle, spirit animal, numerology, etc.)
• Up to 30 AI quick readings per day

Free Users

• Up to 3 tarot readings per day
• Up to 8 tool uses per day
• Up to 10 AI quick readings per day

All daily limits reset at midnight. Automated, scripted, or abusive usage patterns may result in temporary or permanent account suspension. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time to maintain service quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TARO'S TAROT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taro's Tarot from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
