What the Inner Compass measures
Six axes form the hexagon. Each names a different layer of how you move through the world — and each pairs with its diagonal opposite, so the shape of your compass tells you something the individual scores can't.
1. Shadow Clarity
How clearly you see the gap between who you say you are and how you actually behave — and whether you can hold that gap without flinching.
2. Emotional Resilience
How you metabolise pain, stress, and disruption — passage through, not bypass, and not performance.
3. Relational Warmth
Your capacity for empathy, generosity, and attunement to other people's inner weather — without losing track of where they end and you begin.
4. Sovereignty
Self-ownership. Holding your ground without explaining yourself out of it, and without needing other people's approval to know where you stand.
5. Spiritual Attunement
Your orientation toward intuition, synchronicity, and the unseen — the layer of knowing that doesn't always translate into language.
6. Authentic Voice
Your capacity to speak your inner truth aloud — including the parts that don't land neatly, and the version of you that doesn't perform.

Frequently asked questions
How is the Inner Compass different from MBTI or 16Personalities?
Type tests sort you into one of sixteen boxes. The Inner Compass scores you on six continuous axes — Shadow Clarity, Emotional Resilience, Relational Warmth, Sovereignty, Spiritual Attunement, and Authentic Voice — and maps the combination to one of twelve archetypes. The result is granular by design: two people with the same archetype don't have the same hexagon. The shape is yours.
Is this scientifically valid?
It's a self-reflection framework, not a scientifically validated or clinical assessment. Its six axes give you a structured way to consider patterns around emotions, relationships, boundaries, intuition, self-expression, and how you relate to your shadow. It doesn't diagnose you and it isn't therapy.
Will I have to provide my email to see my result?
No. The free result — your archetype card, your hexagon, and your per-axis scores — is delivered without any sign-up. Email capture only appears as an optional "save your result" prompt after the reveal, and you can skip it. The experience isn't gated.
How long does the quiz take?
About eight minutes. There are thirty questions in total — five per axis — with a single halfway pause. Take the time you need; there is no countdown.
What's in the paid report and is it worth $14.99?
The full report is twenty-three pages: a two-page treatment of each axis and its tarot card, a shadow map of your bottom-two axes, a three-card tarot spread for your archetype, compatibility with the other eleven types, twelve journaling prompts, and a three-stage growth path. It's designed as a practical reflection guide rather than a score printout. If it isn't what you expected, you can request a full refund within thirty days.
Can I take this if I'm not particularly spiritual?
Yes. The quiz uses language about shadow, regulation, sovereignty, voice, and attunement, with tarot as a reflective layer. You can treat the cards as symbols rather than predictions; the personality result doesn't require a particular spiritual belief.
Will my results be saved if I want to come back to them?
Yes. Provide an email and you'll get a link to your result page plus four short emails over the following two weeks (you can unsubscribe at any point). If you'd rather not share an email, your result remains available on the same browser for up to thirty days.
Is the Inner Compass a replacement for therapy?
No. It's a self-reflection tool, not a diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for professional support. If the questions bring up active trauma, abuse, or a mental health crisis, consider pausing and seeking help from a qualified professional.
